About you. A **FEMALE** in full-time work, minimum of 36 years old, preferably older. Clean and tidy. Fairly sociable - willing to go for a drink or have a meal out once or twice a month, perhaps as a group.

My existing (female) flat-sharer will be around (with me) to show you around and answer any questions you may have. She expects to leave on 4 April 2026 (TBC) so hopefully you can move in soon after that.

I see a lot of shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe each August so if you like that, especially comedy, that would be a bonus. I also like travelling, so if you'd like to join me for a day trip in Scotland that would also be great.

I have had three previous female flat-sharers and we got on well and they have been excellent, so I am looking for another woman. Sadly my latest one is changing job and needs to live locally to it.

I am a professional man (work from home in IT) in my late 50s moved (in 2022) from England to sixth-floor fully-furnished apartment (built in 2003) at Ocean Terminal in North Leith. Views from balcony patio including Arthur's Seat in the distance.

Convenient location. Two minutes' walk to multiple bus stops (range of bus routes), and four minutes to the tram stop. Local shops (incl. supermarket, pharmacy, dentist, Chinese takeaway) nearby, and Ocean Terminal with all of its shops and restaurants is only four minutes' away. A 10-minute walk to restaurants near the Shore, and a 20-minute walk to Leith Walk.

Looking for flat sharer who wants to make it their home. I want a female as I believe they are more likely to be house-proud.

Suitable for professional who also works from home, but also for someone who goes to work each day.

Happy for you to change things around. I have a modest budget for new items etc. I work from home but will be travelling for business each month, so you will have the place entirely to yourself for around two weeks per month.

Bedroom is not en suite but you will have sole use of bathroom (as my room has an en suite). May be able to provide your own secure parking space in multi-car garage at ground level (entry by access fob).
