The flat enjoys convenient transportation options, with Bus 11 stopping directly outside, and Bus 7, 14, and 49 just a 2-minute walk away. It's also a 15-minute walk to Waverley train station.

Access to both a shared front and back garden, as well as close proximity to Pilrig Park, adds to the appeal. Nearby amenities include Sainsbury's, Co-op, a Pakistani shop, a Chinese shop, and others, all within a 1-minute walk. Please note, however, that there is no living room in the flat.

The flat comes fully equipped with white goods, a washing machine, one toilet, and one bathroom with toilet. Cooking utensils and cutlery are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own.

You'll be sharing the flat with other professionals. Couples need not apply, and bills are not included. Council tax may apply if you are not a student.
