King size south facing bedroom in leith

The king size bed is a big bonus in an pretty large and bright room. It's got a huge window that lets in lots of light but also has very good curtains that keep the sun out if you're trying to sleep. The room comes with the wardrobe and the chest of drawers pictured, as well as the bed and bedside table/cupboard.
The property features a large kitchen which is fully equipped and the living room is a cosy space and even has a little drum kit which you are free to use (within reasonable hours etc.) It's a top floor flat, so has great views from the window and is a fantastic people watching spot as the flat looks directly onto leith walk. This is also means there are trams and buses on the doorstep that can get you into town in 5-10 minutes or you can walk in around 25 minutes depending on where exactly you're going.

The person who takes this spot should be respectfully clean and tidy. I want to maintain this flat well as I do own it and plan to keep it for a while to come.
