Bright and spacious furnished double room in homely flat with large living room and kitchen dinner. Shared bathroom. There is limited free on street parking and paid on street parking.

The flat is in a fantastic central location in the heart of Leith. Great coffee shops, bars and restaurants on the door the step.

50 minutes by Tram to Edinburgh Airport - door to door
2 min walk to the tram which takes 15mins to Princess Street
25 min walk to St. James Shopping Centre.
6 minutes walk to The Shore in Leith.

There is a bus stop directly outside the flat servicing the 16, 7, 14, 35,36,21,25

Large Tesco and Lidl on the doorstep and Aldi around the corner.

The Leith Links is a 3 minute walk, Gym, Swimming pool and Yoga studio on the doorstep.

About me: I'm friendly and respectful but enjoy my space and my own time. I enjoy going to the gym, running, cooking and travelling. I work from home Monday-Friday.

I'm looking for someone independent, friendly and considerate who is clean and tidy. I'm looking for a professional (students considered). Not suitable for someone who needs to WFH or party animals.
