Hey! My flatmate is going away for two months trip (from the 17th of April until 30th of June) and I'm looking for someone to take over her bedroom. The flat is spacious and located at Easter Road. I'm a vegetarian, working partially from home, and would like to share with someone who follows a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. The flat includes two bedrooms, a living room ( not pictured but its there) with a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It's a quiet space with a homely vibe, perfect for someone who enjoys a social life outside.

The location is convenient, with Tesco and lidl shops, also bus stops for 1 and 35 right outside the building, and more options available on Leith Walk. The rent is £450pcm, and bills would be divided by two. This includes approximately £40 for electricity, £25 for the internet, and around £80 for gas (depending on usage). The council tax is in band C. Total should be less that £600 per month.
