You’re also only a short distance away from a large Tesco, Lidi, pubs, and lots of great coffee shops.

The flat itself is a nice size for two, with a good sized living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and extra storage cupboard.

About me: you'd be living with a 25 year old Irish physiotherapist. I'm pretty sociable and enjoy hanging out and a chat in the evenings but definitely respect peoples space. Hobbies/interests include running/gym (training for the Edinburgh marathon), watching/playing football and of course can't go wrong with a pint. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and ideally looking for someone of a similar age/lifestyle.

Rent is £650 a month. Council tax is £85 a month. Gas + electric+Wifi is roughly £60 per month. .
