A room will soon be available in our flat as my current flatmate is moving out (from 6th May, but the moving date is flexible). We're located in Leith, specifically The Shore area—just 6 minutes from the tram and close to bus routes 7, 14, 49, 21, 35, and 34.
Our flat is pretty chilled and pretty queer! We enjoy having dinner and tea together but it's not a party flat. Sweets and bread are always around to share and from time to time fruit. We love having flowers and maintaining a clean, organized space.
The rent for the room is £500 per month, plus £75 for council tax (D) and £30 for gas & electricity.
WHO IS YOU? You are someone who enjoy having chats over tea but also enjoys staying with their own thoughts. You are someone who says HI and goodbye and you do your share of cleaning, you like chocolate. LETS BE FLATMATES!
