Room to let - North Pilrig (near broughton road)

Room to let in development. Spacious room. Your own large bathroom with large bath and proper gas shower. (This toilet used very occasionally by any guests visiting but other than that you can make it your own and it will not be used as I have an en suite in my room)

10/15 mins walk to city centre and 10 mins walk to leith walk with easy access to trams, buses etc.

There is a gym on site that’s free to use with cable machines, running machines, exercise bikes etc

Secure underground car parking

Elevator to 5th floor with amazing view of the city. You can see from Calton hill past the castle to the west end.

Shared living room but I am not in much at all and decorating it now.

Kitchen with usual equipment, washing/dryer, gas cooker, coffee machine etc.

I am a relaxed professional sports coach and also promote events, I like to be out and about a lot and would love someone past the partying scene and a bit more chilled. Perhaps a student or professional. No smokers please. No pets
