It's just a 2 min walk to a bus stop that will take you into town. 10 min walk away from a 24hr ASDA and tram stop with nice restaurants and pubs nearby. If you drive I also have underground parking for the residents.
So you will be living with me as I own the property. I am a pretty easy going guy I am into my music, gaming, gyming and pubs! Currently working. Hoping to find someone with similiar interests and who is respectful of each others privacy, clean and tidy and doesn't mind hanging once in a while over a drink.
