This is a cosy single room in a two-bedroom, second-floor tenement flat in Leith, just a 5-minute walk from Ocean Terminal and the tram line to the city centre, with excellent bus links. There's a convenience store on the corner, Aldi is 5 minutes away, and a 24-hour Asda is just 10 minutes on foot.

The flat is warm and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen, a great shower, and a sitting room with a projector—perfect for movie nights! The room features a single bed (with drawers underneath), desk and chair, chest of drawers and small shelving unit.

You'll be sharing the flat with my brother, an experienced yacht skipper and white-water rafting guide who has worked all over the world. This summer, he’ll be training to become an outdoor instructor here in Scotland.

We might consider a well-behaved dog, but unfortunately, no cats (my brother is allergic) or other animals, please.

I'm subletting my room as I set off on an adventure, walking from Land's End to John O'Groats with my rescue dog. I’ll be away for 3-4 months, returning sometime in July. All my belongings will be put into storage for the duration, so the space will be yours to make your own.
