Double room in a two bedroom flat

Hello,
I am a 37 year old professional looking for someone to take up a spare room in my (agency let) flat. Letting agency - DRM Residential.
You would share a flat with me, and my 8 year old staffie (lap) dog Ace.

About the flat: this is a fully furnished two bedroom ground floor flat. Your room comes with a double bed and a fair amount of shelves, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a mirror. There is no table, however there would be space for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob. The flat also has a shared living room with an electric fireplace and a dining table. Bathroom is a shower room. There is also a small storage room in the corridor. The flat also has a small private garden, with a bigger shared garden in the back.

There are both a big Tesco and a Lidl within 5 min walk from the flat, and it's also about 5 min walk to Leith Walk. It's about 20 min walk to the centre, with buses 1 and 35 stopping pretty much right next to the flat, and plenty more bus and tram connections from Leith Walk.

About me: I'm a 37 year old bar duty manager, and most days I work a usual 9-5 schedule, although I do evening shifts as well, in which case I finish work between 11pm and 1am. My place of work is only a few minutes walk from the flat, so I don't come home exceptionally late and I do my best to be as quiet as possible. I am a quiet and a fairly introverted individual who doesn't mind spending time by myself, however I do enjoy an occasional dinner, film and a chat (or a walk or a jog if that's your thing). Basically - I am happy to spend time together and bond with a flatmate, but I also won't invade your space.
I am very outdoorsy, and I love spending time outside and in the hills with my dog when I can. I love travelling, hiking, running and walking, music, going to an occasional gig and taking photos. My other love are dogs / animals. I'm a vegetarian, but you don't have to be. This is not a party flat and I don't really drink myself, but I don't mind if my flatmates have friends over (with a wee bit of a heads up, same applies to me if I were to have someone over).

About the dog: He is a small(ish) 8 year old staffie cross, who is an absolute sook and a lap dog, he loves everyone, and if you give him an occasional cuddle and a treat, you'll get along just fine! He is purely my responsibility and I tend to ask friends/dog walkers to look after him when I'm away, or if I work a long shift; but I might occasionally ask to let him out or give him cuddles if something unexpected comes up and I have to work longer than expected (but that's absolutely optional).
