Chill flatmate wanted -big double in Leith

Looking for a third flatmate to join us in a big bright newly decorated flat on Duke Street overlooking Leith Links and 30 seconds from main bus stop, 2 minutes from more buses/tram stop. The available room is a spacious double on Duke Street with a view Leith Links . We also have a big shared diner.
We’re both in our 20s. One of us is a physical trainer and working in a career in the gym, while the other is works a corporate job. We are both regulars at the local mixed martial arts gym and train there most days. Which means we have full days and we get up and go to bed early. We’d ideally like a flatmate with the same lifestyle - working hard, regular hours, chill, no dramas. Of course we’d always love another fighter in the house - but we’d be just as happy if you have a strong commitment to your own sport or hobby.

More info: Room is about 4m x 3.5m price £800 plus bills. 3 way split on everything - of course you get to see all bills. Council tax is about £50 per month and other bills £65.

with 2 20somethings - one student working part time, one full time professional. One Scot, one Cypriot. Both members of the local martial arts gym.
Would love a long term flatmate to get comfortable with, but also happy with a flatmate who is on a mission and needs to get on with work/study and wants a comfortable, quiet place to call home for a season.
