Hey, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my two bedroom flat in the Trinity/Newhaven area. The double room on offer has been freshly renovated and is furnished with queen size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, shelves, under bed storage and bedside lamp. The room has a double glazed window and central heating.

The flat has secure entry with cellar storage suitable for bikes. It has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and benefits from a private balcony. It is a quiet area with free parking next to the flat. There are excellent connections to the city centre with a bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away. There is a Sainsbury's next door and a big Asda 10 minutes walk away.

A bit about me. I work freelance, often traveling at weekends and working from home throughout the week. To enable working from home the flat has gigabit strength wifi with a booster to ensure fast speeds. I like going out with friends, going to concerts and festivals but also having time to relax. I consider myself to be a tidy person and looking for someone who is the same. I'm hoping to find someone around the same age as me with a similar lifestyle. Ideal for a young professional looking for somewhere to stay relativity close to Edinburgh center on a long lease.

Monthly rent is £590 per calendar month - deposit is a month's rent.
