It is important to me to maintain the cleanliness of the flat, so further discussion about employment of a regular cleaner would be seen favourably.

To clarify the parking situation- there is a car park but it is not managed well, hence it is not predictable to find a space, although normally one becomes available after a short wait. Essentially non-residents are currently abusing the residents car parts without recourse. However, there is plenty of on-street parking on nearby streets and a residents permit can be arranged if needed.
