My current flatmate is moving out on Feb 2nd so i am looking for someone to take over his room asap.
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat across two floors with private garden access. Rent is roughly £780 per month with bills.
A little about me - I work as a barista, I am non binary, I've got Audhd, I love the outdoors (hiking, camping, wild swimming), I occasionally go bouldering, and go to yoga weekly. I keep my space clean and tidy as living in a messy/dirty flat does my head in so looking for someone who also loves a clean flat or we can get a cleaner in. I have a wee cat called Floki, she loves attention and will follow you around the flat, also loves playing and equally loves a cuddle on the sofa, so someone who loves cats is ideal! Ideally would prefer someone from the LGBT community or an ally! I wouldn't mind socializing when we are both at home but am also respectful of personal downtime. Communication is key.
