Newhaven - King sized bed with own bathroom

Sharing my flat with me and my dog Chilli (who’s here part time).

Moved in last year and looking to share with someone that can also call it home. I’m not new to Edin but new to Newhaven and I love it. Close to the harbour but walking distance to Leith, and the tram etc.

We’re ground floor, with private garden. Livingroom and equipped kitchen (I enjoy a gadget). I have an en suite so the main bathroom is primarily our housemates. Ok with someone working from home and I also work hybrid. Tinternet, bills etc inc and free parking.

Chilli dog is a gentle soul and a schnauzer so considered no/low shedding. We’re looking for someone to easily share the space, get to know, but also happy with their own time too. I’m in my 40s, so no granny but no wild child these days either, but do appreciate a drink and a blather and music at times. Like to see the fun in life.

Not in a rush to find someone, I’ll be honest and would rather wait to find the right person for us to share with.

Move in date could potentially be sooner, depending on circumstances.
