The room has plenty of storage with two built in wardrobes, (there's shared storage spaces throughout the flat too). It has an en suite with a shower.
The kitchen is already fully equipped but there's space to bring your own stuff as well if you want to.
There's double glazing throughout and it's lovely and light (pics taken on a cloudy day haha!). Good size kitchen/dining room and living room with a balcony which is lovely in summer.

About the area:
Newhaven is a nice, quiet area with easy links to the centre by bus and tram. There's a big Asda a 10 min walk from the flat for groceries and some lovely wee cafes and restuarants nearby.
It's also about a 20 min walk from Ocean Terminal which has a gym and a Vue - nice for cinema trips! And there's Alien Rock Climbing centre a 10 min walk away if you're into rope climbing.
About me:
I work a 9-5 job in UX Research, working from home 3 or 4 days a week (I've got an office space in the flat). I'm a very laid back flat mate who enjoys the occasional movie night and shared meal but I'm happy to respect your space - I'm pretty introverted so do enjoy time alone. I enjoy creative activities, museums and galleries, and trying new places to eat.
I'm looking for a flatmate who shares some interests with me and enjoys hanging out occasionally :)
