- Rent £575 PCM (paid on the 1st)
- Bills ~£160 (~£89 Council Tax Band B, ~£18 125Mbps Virgin Broadband, ~£50 Gas/Electric Octopus)

The flat has great transport links, including the 7, 11, 16, and 17 buses, as well as the tram all within 5 minutes’ walk. There are also great walking and cycling links via the Hawthornvale Path, which is basically on our doorstep. There's plenty of cafes in the area, a 24h Asda round the corner, as well as a Lidl 10 minutes down the road.

The flat itself is quiet and would best be suited for a young professional, though students are welcome to inquire.

Please note, you'll need to complete an application form from Zone Lettings, which may require references and a guarantor.

The room comes with mirrors, a double bed, the tall white drawers that are in the cupboard which itself is a good size.
