St. James quarter, Omni Center, Waverley train station and Princess Street are all readily accessible. The room is bright, spacious - roughly 22sqm - and fully furnished with a king-sized bed, working desk and chair, wardrobe and cabinets. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and come with all the day-to-day necessities, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table.

The flat will be shared between you and another tenant, who has his own en-suite.

The room is aimed towards non-pet owners and non-smokers only. Long-term tenants (at least 6 months), working professionals and mature students are preferred.
