Hi everyone! We are a friendly couple looking for a tidy and respectful flat mate to share our flat in Edinburgh, located on Leith Walk beside Balfour Street.
The flat is in a very convenient location, just 2 minutes walk from the tram station and nearby bus stops, making it easy to travel around the city and commute to work or university. The area also has local shops, supermarkets, and cafes within walking distance.
The flat includes a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area. It is a comfortable and clean space, and we are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and keeps shared spaces tidy.
