Double ensuite room available in a 2-bedroom flat in Leith (EH6 6LB), just 2 minutes from the Ocean Terminal tram stop.

The room is a double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. It’s in a quiet flat shared with a married couple in our early 30s who both work full-time.

Location
The flat is right beside Ocean Terminal shopping centre, with easy access to:
• Tram stop (2 minute walk) with direct links to Edinburgh city centre and the airport
• Gym
• Cinema
• Shops, cafés and restaurants

The Shore area of Leith is also just around the corner with plenty of pubs, cafés and restaurants. There are also multiple bus routes nearby.
