Looking for new flatmate in cosy Leith flat

I’m hoping to find a new person to move in to my current flat. It’s a really nice space situated very close to Water of Leith. It is very close to The Shore tram stop as well as several buses around the whole city.

It is already fully furnished and has all amenities. You can make the space your own and put up any posters, decorations or make any touches that make you feel settled. If needed there is parking or a bike shed you can use.

Your room would come with a double bed. It has a cupboard with space to put clothes. You’re also welcome to put shelves up & there’s room for side dressers.

WiFi is only about £7 a month. Gas/electric varies depending on use/season/price, but generally around £50, a bit less in the summer. Council Tax is around £122 each a month.

It is a ground floor flat but does get some sun and light in, and has big windows which make it breezy & cool in the summer.

I work in a hospital activity centre & in a vegan restaurant. In my free time I enjoy running, climbing, exploring nature, reading, listening to music, watching movies & other activities. I like to keep the space clean and relaxing, and a similar vibe would be appreciated.

It would be nice to find a housemate who would want to become friends and share some social activities or just hang out sometimes. Though of course it would be your own space & there’s no pressure to be hyper social. Preference would be for a vegan flatmate. I’m LGBTQ+, any gender/sexuality welcome.
