I have a spare room going in my little sunny flat in Leith! Sadly my flatmate is moving to Ireland in a few weeks so it'll be available from April 20th. Looking for a short term rent but can be flexible with dates!
The flat is just off Leith walk in a great tenement with fab neighbours. Stellar location for tram/buses all a 2 min walk away. It's a very bright flat and fully furnished. The room has a storage bed, rail and chest of drawers. There's an open plan kitchen/living room and separate loo and bathroom. On street permit parking.
I live in the flat too - little about me I'm a doctor, out and about quite a lot either running or cycling or at a pub in Leith.
