Looking for a flatmate in lochend colonies EH68DF

My boyfriend and I have unfortunately broken up so I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

Rent is £600 plus bills (roughly £150 gas, energy and council tax)

- two floor terrace house
- 25 bus takes you into the center in about 20 mins
- your own office room (I still need to take a photo as it's full of moving boxes)
- dishwasher included
- small front garden
- your own bathroom
- unfurnished so you'll need to bring your own bed however I have purchased a memory foam roll out mattress as a temporary solution
- private quiet area
- high speed internet
- The landlord and agency are really nice thankfully not with a rubbish property agency like Southside nor DJ Alexander. It's a property agency called CP.

A bit about me: I'm 30 years old. I work full time and run a side hustle making biscuits and a stitching club (I realise it's quite random😅) I also train gymnastics. I am social but also like my down time.
