My roommate is moving out on the 28th of April, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room in our flatshare next to Leith Links.
The room is a lovely furnished ensuite bedroom, and the flat has a spacious shared living room. It’s right in the heart of Leith, with lots of great pubs, cafés, and shops nearby. The tram stops just outside the flat, and there’s also parking available as well as bike storage.
The rent is £750 per month, including bills. We also have a really responsive and helpful landlord.
A bit about me: my name is Beer, and I work as a recovery worker. I also DJ and produce music on the side. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, doing yoga and pilates, and going to gigs.
I’m ideally looking for someone friendly and tidy who’s up for a relaxed and respectful living environment.
