Room for rent in cosy Leith flat!

🪴Hi! We have a room in our Leith Walk flat available from mid June! We are 2 professionals in our 20’s, looking for another girl to join us (preferably someone who doesn’t work from home). We have lived in the flat for a few years now, looking for a new flatmate due to one having bought her own flat! The area is great, bus + tram stops very nearby, and plenty shops/ coffee shops/ pubs around.

-available from 18th June (move in date has some flexibility before this)
-double room with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair
-shared living room, bathroom and kitchen aswell as cupboard space
-rent is £437 not including bills, +£460 deposit. First rent payment would be due 18th june
-bills, typically ~£120, including council tax, though energy fluctuates
-sharing with 2 friendly girls, one high school history teacher and MJ in mental health
-long term, has to be in the flat for at least a year!
