Quiet Leith flat needs the ideal tenant

Bright double room on offer to the ideal flatmate/tenant. A few points about the person first rather than the room...

I'm not looking for someone that can just pay the bills but am looking for someone that'll be fun and interesting to have around the place. I'm a friendly social guy that enjoys a chat and a glass of something nice but also appreciates his privacy and space. If you're similarly minded then it's a good start :) I travel a lot for work so need to know I can trust leaving the flat in good hands when away...

The property is done out to a high standard so am looking for someone that knows how to clean up after themselves and can have a degree of respect for the place and call it home (OCD not required! ;))

Room is city/castle facing, double bed with memory foam mattress (only a couple of years old and only used by guest here and there), large chest of drawers and a smallish wardrobe.

Stunning shared bathroom along with a fully fitted kitchen and adjoining lounge. Plenty of storage and all mod cons you might want (tho if you want a TV you will need to bring as not yet bothered getting one!) All utilities (except phone calls) and high speed internet included. Only shared with myself (live in landlord).
Feel free to get in touch if interested, looking ideally for a mature student or professional but simple basic requirement is we can get along. Medium term initially preferable (3-4 months) with option to extend if works out. Happy to consider mon-fri/sun-thurs lets if interested.

Move date flexible to the right person.

Please note that the flat is NOT bike/pet friendly (even if I am) so if you have a 2 wheeled best friend and aren't happy to chain up on the street then this will likely be a sticking point!


Finally, I have been getting a lot of enquiries from Uni students just starting or continuing studies at Edinburgh University. Although its manageable I have to admit its not the easiest commute from mine and worth considering when thinking about moving to Leith.
