I am looking to rent my spare room out short term. The flat is located a stones throw away from Ocean Terminal. There is great bus links into town, with a bus stop being right outside the front door, and the tram being located at Ocean Terminal.. There is a 24 hour Asda and Aldi within 5 minutes of the flat and the shore is only a 10 Minute walk away - has some great bars and restaurants. The flat also benefits from having a secure car park on the ground floor. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there is a lift.
I am looking for someone who is easy going, sociable, clean and tidy.
