The property is near Leith Links and has been recently renovated and refurbished throughout to a high standard. The flat is on two levels, my spare room is on the first floor. As I have an attic ensuite the spare room comes with virtual exclusive use of its own shower & w/c.

Buses from the main road run to the centre of Edinburgh and other locations. Easy to get into town, approx. 5 minute walk to the bottom of Easter Road.
