I've a large furnished, en-suite double room available in my penthouse overlooking the Shore. The flat is in pretty great condition, and is an awesome space for hanging out and socialising with a large open plan living room/kitchen, separate dining room and two balconies.
Rate includes all bills including the weekly visit of my cleaner.
I'm a personal guy working in the financial industry, and the only other person living in the flat, though my long distance gf may stay for occasional weekends (I'll also leave for occasional weekends).
