This is a bright, friendly flat situated in the heart of Leith with views over Leith Links Park.

It is a 2 bedroomed flat with shared Livingroom, kitchen, bathroom (There is a bath and shower) and separate Toilet. There is a shared garden at the back and free parking in the Tesco car park below the flat.

It is convenient for all bus routes from Leith across town and shops.

You will be sharing with myself and Popsocks the cat, who is out in the garden during the day. He is a friendly creature who loves a good brush from the resident lodger - simple bribe for friendship. It is important that you like cats as he is a fellow member of the house hold.

As for me, I am an easy going individual who is often away on business. I like the flat to be clean and tidy but I am not OCD! We share the main cleaning on a fortnightly basis, bills are included and the flat has all the main amenities from broadband to washing machine and modern central heating.

I am self employed running a learning and development consultancy and I am general Manager of an international Yoga and Meditation School so I work from home when I am not abroad delivering courses.

The room is for single occupancy only not for a couple to move in.
This is not a party flat as I do work from home. It is a nice cosy friendly safe place to stay and all of my past lodgers have become good friends no matter what age they are and have stayed for long periods due to this ease and warmth. I respect peoples personal space and enjoy sharing a meal or two with a glass of wine. As it suites us both. My present lodger who you will share with is the same. A very lovely professional business woman.
