A wee room in Leith.

The room ... complete with super comfy loft bed.

The space is adequately furnished with a selection tasty treats for you to enjoy on your arrival or to get you started you begin to explore Edinburgh!

The bed is super comfortable and will suit one perfectly, as its a 3/4 sized bed, if you are 6ft 3"/2metres (ish) this may not be the bed for you!

We only take one guest at a time, so please DON'T ask if you can bring a friend etc .... when we clearly state the room is suitable for one. Its very comfortable for one and a bit of a squeeze for two!

Breakfast is provided free and we are happy to prepare this for you at an agreed time, otherwise we will show you where everything is and you can help yourself. We will also have a selection of fruit, which you are free to help yourself to for the day ahead. Coffee/tea will always be on the go, please let us know if you have a preference in advance and we can have this bought in specially for you.

We also have a washing machine which can be used at NO extra charge, but we do ask for a donation towards washing powder etc ... There are drying facilities in your room or, weather dependant, clothes can be dried in the garden space/back yard.

Should you be staying with us on a Sunday morning we occassionally provide a full cooked Scottish breakfast at NO extra charge should you wish. Thursday night is normally pizza night in our house and again if you are about you are welcome to join us for some pizza!

We are both busy folk and will make every effort to be here when you arrive, if not arrangements will be made prior to your arrival.

We prefer the kitchen area not to be used as it's a wee flat, but there are many many places to go out and eat in in Leith and we can make recommendations on your arrival.

Bathroom and the separate shower room and a large selection of reading material in your room!

There is also a hairdryer in the room as well as a charger for an iPhone, iPad or Mac computer and a power socket converter. If you need anything else, please do ask before making a purchase as we maybe able to save you some money!

There is also a medium sized dressing gown which you are free to use for the duration of your stay.

As stated we have a wee dog, Domino the French Bulldog, so therefore we can't accommodate other dogs in our home.

Domino is a small cute, brindle pure bred French Bulldog, who sleeps most of the day, but can be a feisty wee thing when he first meets folk, he calms down fairly quickly and has some quirky qualities which are quiet endearing to us. If you don't like dogs our apartment may not be the place for you. We like to meet guests at the bus stop or in the street as this is less stressful for him with folk arriving. It's also useful for us to give you keys and let yourself in as there is less feistiness when we are not around.

If you are arriving by a different method, we will give you further instructions prior to your trip.

He is not allowed in your room as he likes collecting socks.
