Big bright single bed room with balcony is available for rent from the 1st of August 2020 and big double bed room available from 1st September for either a 1-month contract or a 12-month contract. Room is fully furnished with everything needed and there is extra space for additional storage. The room is located very close to one of the main UoE King's Building campus and 2 mins walk from the bus stop to the city centre. You will be sharing the apartment with two lovely students which would be more than happy to show you the local area. The rent is £360 per month and it includes both internet and water bills.
