A nice single room in very well maintained flat to let to full time student. it is close to Royal Informary and kings buildings of Edinburgh university so it is ideal to student studying in KB.
The flat is fully furbushed with all neccessay facilities. In the nice and cosy kitchen, there is ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge frizeer, dinning table and chairs. It has a long entrance hall and shared toilet/shower room. it has double glazed windows and ectric central heating. In bedroom there is single bed with mattress protector, desk and chair and plenty storage space.
The rent is 330 pounds plus internet fee of 10 pounds per month. Bills are extra and will be shared with other two flatmates.
