We have a furnished single bedroom for long-term rent.
It's £450 per month

Flat is located in Inch Park area, near the Royal Infirmary
(EH16 5TA)
It's 20 minutes from the city centre by buses:
* 33, 49, 24
* 3, 8, 29
We have also the parking space in front of the building.
3 minutes by walk are:
Scotmid, ATM, sunbathing and beauty bar, a few take-away shops, bookmakers, local pharmacy.
Just in front of the building is a small Christian Church.
10 minutes by walk you have Cameron Toll shopping centre.
So it's already three of us in the flat, we are all full-time professionals (we're Polish 🥂) and our flatmate is Bulgarian 🍻
We like to cook, eat and play logic and RPG video games. We don't do much noise, and our neighbours are very polite and friendly - they like to spend time together in the garden.
The flat has totally new flooring, nice kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine with the dryer.
The bathroom has a shower and bath. Our living room is available for everyone to use, we have PS4, Nintendo Switch, projector (we only play games and watch YT). We also have a small balcony.
