Heya!
Our beautiful flat in Marchmont is looking for a new Flatmate since one of our squad is sadly moving back the the US.! Therefore, we are currently looking for you!
The flat is perfectly located in Marchmont, opposite the Warrender Swim Centre (Edinburgh Leisure Gym), close to Scot-smid, Sainsburys, small independent shops, coffee shops, like the Red Box Coffee, Pubs, Yoga Centres and literally everything you need! It takes around 20 minutes to walk to Grassmarket/Oldtown crossing the beautiful Meadows!
The rooms are all of a decent size. On top of that, we have two storage rooms and a big sitting room and kitchen with TV in a very good condition. If I remember it right the flat was refurbished and renovated in 2016.
Currently in the flat:
Victoria, 30 working as a Project Manager aiming to make peoples life's better with smart use of IT during the day, dancing most of the evenings after work. Loves concerts, cooking, cosy nights in and social nights out.
Emma, 32, working in Sales, loving the Highlands, snowboarding, being creative with pottery as much as a cosy night with telly in the Livingroom or watching a Rugby game in the Pub.
Therefore, we are preferably looking for professionals due to Council Tax reasons. Moreover, we think it's nice to share more than bills and have occasional night outs, dinner or movie nights in our beautiful kitchen. We are pretty sociable, keep ourselves busy, but also appreciate our "me-time". Moreover, we enjoy a nice and clean environment, where everyone is considerate and takes care that everyone is feeling comfortable! :-)

Additional monthly cost will add up as follows:
- Electricity/Gas/Internet: 52£/per person
- TV License if required: around 13£/per person
- Council Tax: approx. 63£/per person
Rent incl. Bills is around 679GBP ish pcm.
