Spacious room in a four bedroom flat, with plenty storage space. The room is comfortable and it's not a cold flat. It is in a great location and my current flatmates are friendly and busy professionals so it is not a crazy party flat but it is a nice place to live in. With views to the shared garden the room is quite sheltered. There is a single bed at the moment but that can be changed to a double bed and there is a double futon too, the room is fully furnished. My current flatmates are looking for a professional over 30 who is looking for long term accommodation. Council tax is included on the price of the room.
