Sunny room with ensuite shower overlooking front garden. The kitchen is shared and there is also a bright, sunny breakfast room with a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for shared use, also a cupboard for your food. And two pianos!
This is a Monday to Friday let; I provide milk in the fridge, bread, cereal, tea and coffee to help yourself for breakfast. Shared kitchen for cooking supper. Bed linen and towels provided and room cleaned once a fortnight.
We are ten minutes walk from the Meadows and easy walking distance of the University and King's Buildings. There are good bus routes to the city centre.
We have a small border terrier who is very friendly!
There is me and one lodger in a large house and we would love to find one more.
