Flatmate Needed - Room In Meadows Long Term Rent

Hi to everyone!
I am Mariachiara a PhD at the University of Edinburgh.
In the last year I've been living in a 3 bedroom flat next to the Meadows (Marchmont).
Unfortunately, one of our flatmates is leaving so we have a room available from 1st January. The rent is £484 per room, plus bills. We consider our flat a PLACE TO CALL HOME with a friendly atmosphere sharing chats and experiences around a table, a meal or a night out. Respecting others spaces is fundamental but we like to interact with who we live with and not just sleeping under the same roof.

We are two PhD students and we are long term experienced in sharing flats and living abroad. Ideally, we are looking for a third PhD student or a masters postgrad student (UK guarantor or scholarship stipend is required by the agency or you will be asked to pay 6 months in advance).
1 month rent deposit will be asked by the agency.
