The occupant does use shared facilities, kitchen and wash-room, with 3 others.

Communal bills are included; cleaning (of communal areas), hot water, showers, laundry, fibre internet as well as Council Tax. Maintenance also, as the flat is constantly being maintained by the landlord and feedback on improving the experience of living here is actively encouraged.

There is a digital meter in the room for costing personal electricity consumption and one in the kitchen (1/4 paid by each occupant). Occupants are charged at the same rate as set by the energy provider.
