Hello, I am looking for a flat mate for a 'joint tenancy' agreement starting 1st December 2019.
My current flat mate is moving back to France, and I am thus looking for someone new to share this really nice three bedroom flat with. I have been in this flat for a year, and it's honestly really nice! It's non HMO, and therefore we can only be two tenants. This does mean however, lots of room and space to both host family and friends (in the spare room), and to have enough individual space when needed.
The flat is fully furnished. There is a large living room, and a large kitchen with a nice dining table. The flat has all the basic amenities, as well as a gas cooker, washer, dryer, dishwasher and large chest freezer. There is also a large storage room, a small laundry closet, a pantry, and a nice bathroom (with a bath/shower). As it is a tenement, there are large windows and plenty of light. And of course the meadows 2 min away.
The double bedroom available is fully furnished, and gives onto the back of the flat and garden (great for sleeping!).
I work between Glasgow and Edinburgh in public health research. I am sociable, and as most people, I also like my own space. With the commuting, I do like to have a few quieter evenings! On other nights, I like having friends over for dinner, and like going out for gigs. I also love the outdoors (swimming, hiking, camping, etc), and dream about it a lot from my mainly computer desk job!
I am looking to share this joint tenancy with another professional. Someone dynamic, sociable, and who is used to sharing flats - thus also knows about keeping shared flats tidy :)

IMPORTANT. This is a minimum 1 year contract, and you would have to submit your full application to the letting agency (with references) in the coming week.
Bills are extra on top of the rent and come to approximately £140 each/per month with 2 of us sharing - this includes council tax, gas, electricity, wifi, house insurance.
