I am a male student currently in a flat in the Marchmont area living with one other girl and we are looking for a third flatmate. The flat has 3 double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a pantry and a shared bathroom. We are both students at the University of Edinburgh in our third year.
The rent for the flat is £500 and bills including wifi usually comes to £30-40 per month. The deposit for the flat would be £750 which you obviously get back at the end of your tenancy.
