The flat currently has 2 males and 2 females, 24 to 26 yo, so we're looking for 1 other humans in their 20s.

2 minutes walk from the Meadows, 7 from the uni, 5 from Bruntsfield & Tollcross. Got a Margies 200 ft. away. Coffee shops, pubs and more in walking distance.

The current flatmates are amazing human beings.
We are all working professionals, from Scotland, Australia and New Zealand. We spend most of our time in the flat in the kitchen and the bright + cozy af + spacious lounge ; so if you hate the world and want to stay in your room and not talk to anyone, this is not the place for you.
Looking for chill out and open-minded people, happy to unwind + hang out with us and go out with everyone on occasion.

The flat is on the top floor, so no one is stomping around above you. And there's a rooftop access for the most adventurous.
Washer/dryer included. Sizeable shared kitchen. The building has a large shared garden in the back.
