Double room in Marchmont flat

We are 3 British PhD students in a cosy first floor flat in Marchmont. The room is £350 per month, and bills come to ~£35 a month (gas/wifi/tv). We're all council tax exempt, so it's probably best if you are too (AKA be a student of some sort, I think it's an extra £150 a month otherwise). We would love another PhD student, since then you'd probably stay for longer than a year. We're also looking for someone LGBTQ+friendly.

We are friendly, easy going, and sociable but respectful of space. We are a predominantly vegetarian flat, and have an excellent range of spices. Also, one flatmate keeps baking bread - it's becoming overwhelming and we need help consuming all of it.

We have an amazing cat called Basil, who is extremely cuddly and loves belly rubs. We also have access to a shared garden!

Our landlords are really lovely, and always respond quickly to problems. We recently got a new hob and oven (not in photos) 🎉.
