Beautiful room in Ground floor flat in Marchmont

Hi, I'm Dawn, the current flatmate. My lovely flatmate has bought a flat and is moving out late January/early February 2021.

The flat is on the ground floor on a beautiful street in Marchmont. It has a front and back garden, large living room and kitchen (with dining area) and a bathroom with a bath & toilet, along with a 2nd separate toilet. The Flat is close to Newington with lots of transport links and is easily within walking distance to city centre (especially lovely through the Meadows :-). The Flat has a front garden and a rear garden with decking and a lawn, and space to grown veg.

I'm a midwife working full time at the RIE, which unfortunately means working shifts (including some nightshifts). I'm looking for someone who is understanding of this, who preferably works out of the house during the day during the week. I'm not a party animal anymore (too old for that non-sense) but enjoy wine and sharing meals.

The total bills tends to amount to £660 (slightly more in winter). I have a lovely landlady who lets use decorate (the room available is painted "willow tree" by dulux, look it up, its beautiful!!).

Parking is metered or you can buy a parking permit. No students due to council tax purposes, sorry!!!

The bedroom available has a HUGE wardrobe. Can have a bed and mattress or you can bring your own. It is a small but beautiful room, with lots of storage and good curtains.
