Hi, I'm Dawn, the current flatmate. My lovely flatmate is moving home to Northern Ireland for a new adventure so im looking for someone to move in!
The flat is on the ground floor on a beautiful street in Marchmont. It has a front and back garden, large living room and kitchen (with dining area) and a bathroom with a bath & toilet, along with a 2nd separate toilet. The Flat is close to Newington with lots of transport links and is easily within walking distance to city centre (especially lovely through the Meadows :-). The Flat has a front garden and a rear garden with decking and a lawn.
I'm a midwife working full time in community occasionally on call for home births. . I'm not a party animal anymore (too old for that non-sense) but enjoy wine and sharing meals.
The total bills including rent tends to amount to £700 (slightly more in winter). I have a lovely landlady who lets use decorate.
Parking is metered or you can buy a parking permit. No students due to council tax purposes, sorry!!!
The bedroom available has a HUGE wardrobe. Comes with a bed and mattress. It is a small but beautiful room, with lots of storage and good curtains.
Please no student (council tax purposes) or couples (its not an HMO flat). Thanks!
