It’s a double room in a large flat over looking the communal garden and comes furnished.
The flat is located in Marchmont, close to the Bruntsfield links and the meadows, accessible by foot from town with lots of nearby bus links.

You’d be living with 3 lovely women. Sinead, a professional and Abbie and Lara, both vet students who will be graduating in June.
Someone who likes animals would be ideal as there is also Kono, a cute little bird who lives in Lara’s room and also Lara’s springer spaniel Breacain.
Available from the 3rd of April - but we are flexible if you would want to move in earlier.
