Double bed in HMO 3 bed flat on the Meadows

Perfect location overlooking the meadows. The bedrooms are all spacious, yet very cozy!

We are both female UoE students (I’m a vet student and Grace is a Classics student) 23-25 years old. We are preferably looking for another student for council tax purposes.

We’d like to think we are friendly and welcoming and always up for a chat! We both enjoy cooking and baking, sometimes together for shared meals. We also occasionally have movie and game nights. If you are a fan of tennis, the courts are across the street (we play, but not well!).
We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and around the same age.

The location is perfect for walks in the meadows, Arthur’s seat, Blackford hill...
MANY shops and bus stops are all a short walk away and the main library is on your doorstep.

The bedroom is fully furnished and faces the garden. Not only is it quiet, but the sun shines through the window all day (dependent on weather, of course:).

We have a private landlord.
The flat is HMO.
The room is £535 per month and bills are usually around £50. The deposit is £250. No guarantor needed.
