We are looking for a reliable and outgoing flatmate, who is looking for long term (if a student must be third year or up and be willing to contribute to council tax). We are also looking for someone who is respectful of others space but is also happy to socialise.

The flat is situated perfectly with easy bus links all around the city and is with comfortable walking distance to the city centre. The flat is also within a 2 minute walk of several shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The bills come to roughly £115 a month. This covers - WiFi, Council Tax, Gas/Electricity, and a weekly cleaner. (We are looking into changing Wifi supplier so they might be cheaper later on)
