Spacious flat in Marchmont

Hi all! 👋🏽

Dora and I are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely Marchmont flat from early July! The flat is £500 a month, we’re looking for either students or working professionals but you would need to cover council tax (discounted as we’re students)

A bit about us:
We’re two second year PhD students at the UoE. We’re both sociable, easy going people who are up for dinner or a pint but also enjoy our own time and are quite busy during the week. Dora is 24 from Croatia and studies maths. She enjoys enjoys outdoorsy stuff, board games and drawing.
I’m 24 from England and studying chemistry. I enjoy getting outside, walking, running, eating and the pub.
We’re looking for a laid back, sociable, clean flatmate who’s up for the occasional board game night or pub trip but also enjoys their own space!

A bit more on the flat:
We’re in Marchmont, a couple of minutes from the meadows, the flat is big and light. The room itself is large and has a large bay window with a view down to the meadows. The room will be unfurnished apart from the wardrobe and chest of draws pictured.
