Hi! I’m a student looking to let out my double bedroom whilst I’m away over summer. You’ll be staying with 1 lovely lady and 2 other short-stays who are leasing their rooms for parts of summer as well.
We have a 4 double bed flat, all bright and spacious, as well as 2 bathrooms, a big modern kitchen and a living room.
The flat has available parking and we are located on the corner of Marchmont and Warrender Park Road- so just off the Meadows and an ideal central location.
The rent will be the same for all of summer, including Fringe.
I would need the room back by the start of September.
